A truly excellent and tasty BBQ Rub !!
We discovered this BBQ Rub from La Morena Spices and More at a farmers market on a recent visit to Kauai. It imparts a wonderful flavor to any meat that we have tried it with so far. So much so, that we have ordered 2 more jars ... one for ourselves and one as a gift to a family member that really love BBQ. Burgers, Ribs, Steak, Tri-Tip. You can use as a dry rub or turn it into a marinade with other juices and Citrus too. We like using it for our chicken too. It's got a great blend of flavors and never disappoints.
